We are searching for a Patient Care Service Representative to join our team!

Our Patient Service Representative provides support to the administrative functions of the practice.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Accurately inputting data into the Practice Management Software

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in a medical office providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Computer capabilities, Practice Management Software experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail, patient experience driven.
  • Must be polite, friendly and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Accurate and dependable.
